MEDIA PARTNERSHIP REGULATIONS 15th Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The 15th Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) Media partnership applications can be submitted both by Russian and foreign media representatives. Foreign media representatives must hold accreditation with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
1.2. Present Regulations use the following terms:
Media partner of the Forum – media outlet providing information support for the Forum’s promotion at the time of preparation and conduct of the event;
Media partner package – a set of services, opportunities, options provided to the Media Partner;
Media partnership agreement – a document regulating the relations between Forum organizers and the Media partner.
2. MEDIA PARTNERS CATEGORIES
2.1. The present Regulations define the following categories of Media Partners:
Title Media Partner, Strategic Media Partner provides information support for the promotion of the Forum at the time of preparation and conduct of the event and belongs to federal or foreign media;
Media partner provides information support for the promotion of the Forum at the time of preparation and conduct of the event and belongs to federal or regional mass media.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEDIA PARTNERS
3.1. Rights and obligations of Media partners of all categories shall be established by relevant Media Partnership Agreement.
3.2. Mass media that are not among partners of the Forum do not have the right to place their printed or other products at the Forum sites and shall be accredited on the usual terms.
3.3. Media partners are allowed to attend the events of the Forum in accordance with Media Partnership Regulations and zoning map of the Forum as well as Media Accreditation Rules of the Forum
4. MEDIA PARTNERS LIAISONS
4.1. Cooperation arrangements with Media partners shall be performed by the Agency on Press and Mass Communications of Krasnoyarsk Krai (hereinafter - the Agency).
4.2. If no official agreement has been signed by the Media partner the Agency shall not be obliged to place advertising and information materials issued by the media at Forum events.
4.3. The Agency has the right to dismantle and withdraw such materials from public use if placed without official permit.
